Job Description

1. Create 2D and 3D sketches for customers of possible interior layouts of their bathroom space based on their preference and budget and present them to direct superior for approval. 2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone and face to face interactions, with regards to price inquiries, warranty activation and product availability; to guarantee proper customer relation and satisfaction. 3. Record customers’ personal data (contact details) to increase the company’s database for marketing and branding purposes. 4. Prepare quotations and coding systems for customers (others) and arrange the purchase process (item selection, discount eligibility, payments, etc.) with all the concerned parties within the company. 5. Update the pricelist, upload product images, and post item descriptions or specifications across all the company’s showrooms internal system interface, for innovative sellers and showrooms representatives’ access and update. 6. Direct customers to distributor’s showrooms according to their needs, prepare their quotations and follow up on their requisitions for target achievement purposes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (Applied Arts, Fine Arts) or any relevant studies is required.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Building and Construction — Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Design — Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Fine Arts — Knowledge of the theory and techniques required to compose, produce, and perform works of visual arts.
Work In rotating Shifts.
Residence on 6 October or nearby places.
