Responsibilities:
- Assigning crews to designated lines accordingly.
- Planning and coordinating employee’s vacations and follow up their absenteeism.
- Responsible of following up the team members performance through the dialogue (appraisal process) preparation and communication with his team.
- Ensuring that all crews understand their tasks to be able to deliver tasks accordingly.
- Maintaining and improving safe and healthy working environment for his team, by submitting the required number of
- dialogues and close the related dialogues to his shift on time.
- Ensuring that all employees are committed toward wearing PPEs(Personal Protective Equipment’s) and take necessary actions if needed.
- Managing and leading the production operators in order to achieve/exceed related manufacturing KPIs.
- Assures that machine performance stays at targeted levels.
- Ensure filling of production and quality standards forms
· Responsible for submitting required reports related to operations.
· Monitors and analyzes daily production reports in close communication with Production manager, to take necessary improvement actions.
- Responsible for all production waste and rejected materials: reporting and follow up.
- Responsible for deployment and management of 5S activities.
- To co-ordinate all the raw materials deliveries from the warehouse in order to ensure an optimal supply and a
- manufacturing process and to check and ensure correct materials are received for production
· Commit to all procedures and guidelines of the department and company.
· Willingness to overtime flexibility by arranging and covering his colleague's vacations and sick leaves.
· Perform any additional tasks asked by the upper Management.
Skills
Bachler Degree in mechanical, production department
Min 5 years in similar positions related to production/operation/ steel experience.
