  • We are seeking for diligent human who provides the best level of effectiveness and efficiency of the following roles:
    • Improving the company experience of market through the professional search, mapping, segmentation and analysis.
    • Contributing in developing the market strategy enabling efficient penetration and spread and sustainability.
    • Improving the company’s market approachability and customer engagement through ensuring the consistence utilization of all digital communication channels (calls, SMSs, emails, web site, and social media pages) and achieving the best practice of marketing automation technologies.
    • Contributing in creating premium and native digital content that exploring the company core business and matching with the marketing strategy.
    • Penetrating the market through conducting, customer’s site, events and exhibitions and launching campaigns.
    • Reporting the market approachability, penetrability and improvement opportunities on regular basis.
    • Responding to new customers’ queries and analyzing their needs and communicating them to sales department and follow-up their accounts until achieving smooth and efficient liaising.
    • Regularly contacting the existent customers exploring the quality of the provided services their over satisfaction and discussing the improvements opportunities.
    • Responding to existence customers’ complaints and communicating them quality assurance department and follow-up the investigation progress until exploring root causes and setting the necessary corrective and preventive actions and communicated the to the customer achieving full customer satisfaction.
    • Reporting the customers’ satisfaction, complaints, and improvement opportunities.

 


Job RequirementsBachelor degree of business administrations in marketing (English division).0-3 years of experience of customer satisfaction.6 October - North expansion residence is a great advantage.Fluent in English.Very good in using of different software especially MS office and Photoshop is an advantage.Knowledge of using ERP system specially Odoo is an advantageKnowledge of quality management’s system and document control is an advantageProfessional courses in marketing and customer care is a great advantage.Proven experience in marketing and customer care is an advantageExcellent organizational, communication, presentations and time utilization skills.Innovator, problem solver, multi task and team player.
