• Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Represent the company’s services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of clients.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Follow up on the payment with the clients and make sure that the service fees is paid.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
Skills
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 - 4 Years of experience.
• SAAS background is an asset.
• Negotiation and Communication skills.
