Job description
As a Senior Legal Associate, you will provide essential support to the Managing partner day-to-day advice across the business operations and being responsible for a diverse range of commercial, corporate, personal, and legal compliance projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft legal-related documents (i.e., legal notices, power of attorney, legal opinions, cease and desist letters,
notice of termination of contracts).
• Amend and review legal contracts.
• Knowledge of Egypt Laws.
• Liaise with international clients in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain a filing system for all legal-related documents.
• Attend to legal administrative duties of the unit.
• Provide accurate and timely advice/opinion on a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, banking law,
corporate finance, restructuring, etc.)
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the field of law. • Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited university • Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Knowlege of legal matters.• Live in El Sheikh Zayed - 6 October cities / or Giza residents ONLY.• Member of the Bar Association.• Good team working abilities. • Understanding of negotiating techniques. • Flexibility and adaptability. • Organization skills and Attention to detail. • A degree in Mass Communication and outgoing personality. • Excellent Arabic and English, written and spoken skills. • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other relevant Microsoft applications. • Presentable and active. • Keen learner passionate about creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience's needs. • Strong networking and capacity to build strong connections.
