A reputable company in Maadi, Cairo is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and ensuring its financial health and sustainability. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent financial and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:

1.    Develop and implement financial control policies and procedures.

2.    Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

3.    Monitor and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.

4.    Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and budgets for accuracy and completeness.

5.    Ensure proper recording and classification of financial transactions.

6.    Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making purposes.

7.    Develop and maintain financial control systems and procedures.

8.    Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

9.    Manage and monitor the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and investments.

10.  Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and investors.

11.  Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, both internally and externally in collaboration with the tax auditors managing the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial control principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
10. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
