Computer Skills  VERY GOOD WORD AND EXCEL ORACLE USER PREFERABLE

Job Description  

1- Receive purchase request on our oracle system from the factory

2- Issue purchase order

3- Follow up with supplier and freight forwarder until goods to be received

4- Follow up with custom clearance and treasury dept.

5- Notice the factory when the goods will enter our warehouse

6- Daily communication with our suppliers from Spain and Italy

7- Update status and reports

8- Negotiation

9- It is a must that the candidate school is foreign language school – have excellent English language
