• Develop customized applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components & SharePoint including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional Power Platform solutions.
• Design and implement data models, business rules, workflows, and automation processes within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop connectors and integrations with external systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow.
• Customize and extend existing Power Platform applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Implement security measures and data governance policies to protect sensitive information within the Power Platform environment.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability of the Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform applications to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and end-users.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance the development process.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, data modelling, and governance principles.
• Proficiency in designing and developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
• Expertise in building workflows and automation processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
• Experience in creating and configuring reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Familiarity with chatbot development and conversational AI using Power Virtual Agents is a plus.
• Knowledge of integrating Power Platform with other systems and data sources using connectors and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues within the Power Platform environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Power Platform ecosystem.
