Lead a team of track maintenance operators to ensure the successful execution of the harmonized daily track work activities in coordination with the track maintenance supervisor with respect to the technical intervention and the safety standards for the team.Responsibilities/DutiesProfil de candidat recherché : Achieve the works scheduled as assigned by the track maintenance engineer. Generate statistical reports to the superiors indicating the achieved tasks/ results, and the possible issues encountered. Ensure to provide full support to superiors when needed to perform tasks regarding tools, and different work organizations. Attend the daily briefing when signing on. Ensure a proper maintenance for the different tools, equipment, and machinery necessary for the track works. Assist with site survey and to report to the hierarchy any abnormal event.QualificationsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Suitable Vocational Technical Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).Knowledge Technical knowledge and understanding of the main elements of the tracks and turnouts, their role, and their behavior. Use and maintain the tools, equipment and machinery related to track works. Understanding of the necessity to strictly apply the track safety rules when on duties on site for himself and for the team he could have to manage.Experience Railway experience with Track maintenance is a MUST.Desired Behaviors & Experiences Ability to work as part of a team.
