Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR Generalist who will play a key role in handling various HR functions within the company. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and employment laws This individual will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures while providing support in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws.
- Coordinating performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews.
- Administering benefits programs and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring data integrity in HR systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.Min 4 years of experience in HR roles.In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or G- Suite.Fluent in English.
