We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Fleet Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles. This includes conducting regular inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, and performing necessary repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections of fleet to identify and diagnose mechanical issues.
2. Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
3. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues in fleet vehicles.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source and order necessary parts and equipment.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including documenting repairs and parts used.
6. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing of fleet vehicles.
7. Train and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles.
8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in vehicle technology and industry best practices for fleet maintenance.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance and repair work.
10. Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability for repairs and maintenance.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in fleet maintenance or a similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
4. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience with computerized diagnostic tools and software.
6. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
