Supervisor - Oil Spill Response OSR ZOMCO - Having a minimum of five (5) years experience in oil industries as an engineer/supervisor or having held the same type of position for at least three (3) years for a similar type/ size project.- Having sufficient knowledge about the oil spill response equipment, response strategies, and technology.- Having a background as a responder and spill clean-up operations.- Supervises the activities and work of subordinates by providing formal and informal feedback to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out efficiently and in accordance with set individual targets. Desired Candidate Profile- Having B. Sc. Degree or higher in a mechanical/ electrical/ Marine.- Having training IMO Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-operation (OPRC) minimum Level-1 & 2.- Has attended leadership training and managed a small team or has held a similar post for at least three (3) years.- Must have completed all Sea Survival, HUET, Safety Courses/ H&S awareness, Firefighting, H2 S, and BOSIET training.- Speak, read, and write English proficiently.- Computer Skills.
