Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager is the Senior pivotal role in creating all communication with external entities based on the internal stakeholder’s directive, guidelines, periodic promotion needs to create an exciting and very sharp brand image for myGINNE. Building weekly, fortnightly, monthly campaigns for myGINNE to ensure continued exciting interest in the media. Conducting events for Wholesalers / Retailers for promotion of the Brand - provide maximum value for the money spent and generate the highest possible engagement with all target audience. The Group is busy developing multiple business lines and Marketing Manager will support all the brands as required along with the necessary support of the team based on the Management direction.

  • Develop the Brand Marketing Strategy along with the Stakeholders and achieve the agreed goals
  • Breakdown the Strategic Brand Plan into actionable Monthly / Quarterly Plans and make detailed measurable targets for Marketing Team to be achieved by region.
  • Creative Exciting ideas to increase awareness of myGINNE across all the target areas of platform launch
  • Planning and executing the Marketing idea by region and achieve targeted goals for each promotion
  • Complete Social Media Plan and execution with each channel to achieve the set goals
  • Design and manage the Brand communication strategy and develop specific guidelines for each department on the same • Researching and analyzing market trends and competition on periodic basis
  • Supporting Acquisition Team / B2B Team in achieving the targets given to them
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, giveaways, brochures, flyers, print materials, and outdoor advertising.
  • Conduct the Field shows and Events to ensure brand reach across the whole country, and region-wise as per the brand roll-out plan
  • Review and implement Brand Guidelines for Wholesalers / Retailers / Distributors and all other Partners on how myGINNE will be handled and ensuring strict compliance with the same
  • Periodic visits to all market area to ensure that all marketing elements are effective and course-correct whenever needed.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Mass Communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in all Marketing Creative Softwards
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Marketing in the role of creating Brand Value
  • E-commerce, Startup, FMCG experience preferred
  • Responsible for delivering Brand Strategy in current role
