Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Keep recruiting reports from pre-screening to onboarding stages ready for timely evaluation and analysis.
  • Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule for the prescribed profiles.
  • Establish a sound sourcing and recruitment plan to funnel high-skilled individuals for required vacancies.
  • Carry out the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers
  • Upload clear and concise work requirements on various offline and online platforms.
  • Survey prominent hiring portals to upload company requirements for appropriate candidates.

Skills

  •  A minimum of 3 – 4  years of experience with at least 3 immediate past years’ experience in FMCG
  • FMCG/ E-commerce / online business experience is a MUST
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Portraying sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.
  • Depicting excellent command over meeting the dynamics of workspace.
  • Exhibiting thorough knowledge in corporate recruitment activities spanning from planning to onboarding.
  • Proficient in planning candidate selection rounds as per suggestions of the top-level management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
