Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely information to senior management.
  • Conduct data analysis, particularly using tools such as Power Query and Power PI, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital management.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team, ensuring their professional development and growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial closing, including the preparation of financial statements and reconciliations.
  • Assist the Financial Director in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.Proven experience of [15–20] years in a finance management role, preferably in the facility management industry.Solid expertise in data analysis, with advanced skills in Power Query and Power PI.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both finance and non-finance professionals.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.  Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.Social and family private medical insurance.[2] days off per week.Opportunity to work with a reputable organization in the facility management industry.Professional development and growth opportunities.
