The Stewarding Night Cleaner position will perform Sanitation, Cleanliness and storage duties, such as heavy cleaning of floors and equipment during the evening shift 10pm- 6:30am.

• must be able to mop and sweep kitchens
\t
• able to handle high heat and moisture and able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long period of times.
\t
• Read, write and speak English fluently and read labels on chemicals and follow instructions on the labels
\t
• meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
\t
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
\t
• Previous experience- Preferably, but can also train the right candidate
\t
• Able to clean tablet ops/table legs 
\t
• Able to clean Grills, Fryers Stove Top Ovens.
\t
• Able to Clean Kitchen Hoods
\t
• Able to Clean Floor Mats
\t
• Able to clean Coolers
\t
• Able to clean dish machines when needed
\t
• Able to do Dishes when needed
