Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Participate in setting the main objectives of the company and participate in its formulation regarding the management of administrative affairs at the company’s factory in Beni Suef Governorate.
2. Prepare sub-plans and executive programs related to administrative affairs to achieve the company’s main objectives.
3. Participate in invited meetings and express an opinion on the results and decisions.
4. Archive, issue and approve all decisions issued by senior management.
5. Manage all official documents related to the company’s factory in Beni Suef Governorate, and deal with all government agencies in this regard.
6. Manage supplier contracts related to the Administrative Affairs Department (employee buses, cleaning, pest control, mobile lines, Internet, traffic, electricity, and other contracts in this regard).
7. Manage all maintenance of administrative buildings (carpentry, plumbing, electricity, and other periodic maintenance).
8. Supervise the development of a system for classifying and numbering all records, documents, and official documents.
9. Responsible for announcing/informing all employees of administrative decisions after their approval.
10. Implemente approved quality plans for administrative affairs.
11. Participate in formulating and preparing administrative affairs procedures in coordination with other departments.
12. Review and audit procedures, forms, records, and instructions for the quality system regarding administrative affairs before their approval by senior management (Head of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Sector - General Manager of the Factory - Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors).
13. Study complaints received about the company in cooperation with all departments and sections concerned with the matter.
14. Implement public relations policies and procedures that enhance the company’s reputation at home and abroad.
15. Oversight of the use and maintenance of equipment, means of transportation, communication, and other administrative services.
16. Fully responsible for equipping and rehabilitating service buildings, and taking the necessary preventive and remedial measures to preserve these buildings.
17. Fully responsible for security and protecting the company’s contents from theft, and he has the right to issue instructions and decisions that enable him to do so.
18. Train individuals working in administrative affairs on their work and transfer their experience to them.
19. Submit weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports to senior management and discuss these reports in the periodic meetings of managers (Head of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Sector - General Manager of the Factory - Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors).
20. Verify that all administrative instructions are followed.
21. Responsible for distributing and preparing new employees’ workplaces in cooperation with other departments.
22. Supervise the provision of workplace needs with the necessary office supplies.
23. Follow up on securing transportation for all employees in the company.
24. Follow up on providing transportation for all tasks for all departments during and outside official working hours.
25. Evaluate proposals for developing administrative procedures that address administrative services in the company.


Qualifications:- University degree in economics, business administration, or law.Experiences:- Experience must not be less than 7 to 10 years in administrative affairs and their follow-up in the field of factories.Languages:- Fluent in Arabic, spoken and written.- Very good English language, spoken and written.Skills:1.
