Assign the work to individual employees Provide schedule and feedback to the planner/scheduler to improve job plans, job timing, and coordination Follow maintenance plan execution with timelines & accountabilities Accomplish documentation and report requirements for any maintenance activities Guide, supervise and support the technicians and subcontractors on conduct of maintenance activities & tasks Participate, lead, or prepare root cause failure analysis Analyze the machines down time and report it to the Maintenance Manager Understand basics of Maintenance Management - Define best maintenance strategies, procedures, and methodsWhat You Bring B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering Expert level in English and Arabic language is mandatory & computer skills Knowledge of maintenance of valves and pumps in a power plant Troubleshooting skills Basic leadership skills Follow and apply all quality, safety guidelines and company policies Able to work a rotating shift schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Experience in mechanical engineering work You have proven experience in a similar position.
