We are seeking a Workshop Operations Engineer to oversee daily operations, improve production processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all items meet our stringent standards.
• Design Collaboration: Coordinate with external workshops for new designs, blending tradition with innovation.
• Assembly Supervision: Work closely with our in-house electrician to ensure efficient and precise assembly.
• Packing and Shipping Management: Oversee the packing process and shipping logistics for on-time deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of finished products and raw materials.
• Supplier Relations: Manage raw material orders and cultivate strong supplier partnerships for seamless production.
• Data and Invoice Management: Handle production data, manage invoices, and maintain meticulous records.
• Creative Input: Actively contribute to the design and development of new products.

Skills

• Proven experience in workshop or operations management, ideally in a creative or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and 3ds Max; must demonstrate a high level of skill in these programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication within our team and with external partners.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a relentless commitment to quality.
• Passionate about art and craftsmanship, particularly in glassblowing.
