Duties and responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned client accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Proactively address client needs and anticipate potential issues.
- Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Attending client meetings and presentations as required.
- Update Price and stock on system
- Get offers and discounts from clients.
- Updating Stock and Price.
- Price comparison.
