- Organize and arrange receiving tasks and follow up on deliverables in marketing sections (Art and graphics, Digital , commercial marketing, content writers , Studio & Production)
- Archiving all data and designs related to the marketing department
- Receive briefs and requests from all departments, follow up on their implementation and work progress stages, and ensure delivery on the specified dates.
- Assist in prepare the weekly and monthly consolidated reports
