  • All Trucks (dedicated & FoB):
  • Ensure that all operated trucks (dedicated & FoB) are equipped with functioned OBC device through testing all devices connectivity and ban any truck with nonfunctioning device.
  • Real time monitoring of all trucks (dedicated & FoB) from the time of loading till reach delivery locations for both customer types (NT & GT).
  • Immediately report any truck’s violation either in routing or delivery locations to cell manager to take necessary action with the relevant party.
  • Dedicated Trucks Only (WP, Jet & Lubes):
  • On shift basis, receive the dispatch plan from the dispatching team and ensure the availability of all trucks.
  • Non-operating trucks are communicated to both dispatch team to exclude from the plan and Cell Manager for registry of downtime and follow-up with Fleet Manager and transporter till reoperation.
  • Generating full violations report every 2 hrs. and consolidating them to the OBC dashboard.
  • For each “alarm level” violations, an immediate response is taken, and the violation is reported to, Cell Manager for registry, Transport Manager, Fleet Manager and Transporter to confirm communicating the violation to the driver and applying corresponding sanction as per the approved sanctions grid.
  • For each “alert level” violations, the violation is communicated to, Cell Manager for registry and follow-up and Fleet Manager to Manager the communication with the transporter, and transporter shall provide feedback within 24 hrs.
  • Cell officer shall send all OBC preset reports patterns (Daily, weekly and Monthly) to ensure that those violations are reflected in the drivers pointing system (DPS).
  • In the case of night banned roads, cell officer shall inform the on-road driver 30 minutes prior the time limit so that he can stop in the designated rest area as per the approved journey management.
  • Cell officer shall ensure full compliance with night driving ban waiver controls and immediately intervene in case of any violations by communicating the case to Cell Manager for registry and follow-up, and the transporter for stopping this violation and immediate notification for Fleet Manager and Transport Manager.
  • Also, cell officer shall monitor driving hours, ensuring the full compliance of company policy and provide immediate feedback to Cell Manager for registry and follow-up and Fleet Manager in the case of violation.
  • On daily basis, cell officer will be responsible for updating the JMP with black spots and unauthorized routs gathered from driver’s feedback/pro-active reporting and outcomes from road risk assessments.
  • Cell officer shall analyze/report any unresolved anomalies at the beginning of the day within Logistics Division.
  • ATG & Efinance System
  • Ensure the functionality of ATG devices in stations and report any disconnection/malfunction to the Cell Manager for registry and coordination with retail RM for prompt action.
  • Reconcile the delivered products vs. work orders processed on Efinance system and immediately report any discrepancies to the relevant function for prompt action.
  • Ensure that the delivered volume to the station was reflected in the product level of ATG devices and report any immediately discrepancies to the relevant function for prompt action.
  • HSEQ Accountabilities
  • Apply HSEQ golden rules.
  • Report any NM deviation.
  • Share in safety meetings.
  • Share in the data required for severe incidents reports.
