- Spread the WCM culture across the organization through people involvement & coaching
- Facilitate and track the deployment of the WCM Pillars’ implementation.
- Lead the implementation & tracking of the SGG global & strategic projects.
- Track and monitor WCM projects’ development through the steering committees and help in the selection of future projects with the top management.
- Coach and support the improvement projects’ owners for using Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement tools
- Coordinate and report to the central team; the roll-out activity plan as well as deployment of new tools and techniques.
- Act as a change agent for new initiatives ensuring smooth transition & effective communication across the value chain to boost the continuous improvement culture.
- Diagnose the governing business processes and identify opportunities to fill gaps between the current & best practices. Coordinate developing of action plans & champion implementation
- Identify cost saving opportunities and coordinate implementation activities as well as analysis & reporting (Via cost deployment tool)
- Ensure resources optimization; headcount, systems, assets and costs to improve efficiency levels & enhance productivity
- Lead the cross-functional communication plan including KPI’s reporting (balanced score card), review meetings and events across operations and other support functions
- Coordinate the internal control requirements throughout the operations’ departments
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanical, chemical or ProductionGreen belt certified (WCM is an advantage)Very good command of English languageExcellent analytical & presentation skillsExcellent MS office skills
