1. Handling IT department calls
2. Log IT department calls
3. Route call to specific engineer in IT department
4. Determines requirements by working with customers.
5. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
6. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
7. Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
