Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in Recruitment, with focus on mass recruitment/hiring
-Previous experience in managing a team of 3+ experienced recruiters
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate, influence and drive decisions
-Customer focused
-Sound analytical ability with experience in extracting relevant MI data
-Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
-Ability to work under constant pressure and to multitask several projects of hiring at the same time
-Fluent English speaker is a MUST; French is a plus
-HR qualification is desirable
