Urgently needed for a well-known company in the field of FMCG for Tanta Branch HR Generalist with the following job description:
Duties:
• Represent the HR department at the branch.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle with a view of attracting and hiring talented candidates.
• Prepare job posting, participate in recruitment campaigns and sourcing activities as per corporate sourcing strategy.
• Conduct HR initial interview for front line candidates.
• Coordinate technical interviews with line managers for job applicants.
• Periodically update candidates’ database with qualified pool of candidates.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience preferably in FMCG.
• Very good communication skills.
• Have ability to work under pressure.
