Deliver exciting and effective science lessons: Align classroom instruction with established American curricula and local Ministry of Education guidelines. Differentiate teaching methods to diverse learning styles and needs. Integrate current scientific concepts and hands-on experiments to foster engagement and understanding. Utilise Ed-tech to effectively enhance teaching and learning. Establish a dynamic and inclusive learning environment:
Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere where all students feel respected and valued. Encourage active participation, critical thinking, problem solving and collaborative learning. Implement strong classroom management strategies to cultivate a conducive learning environment. Promote student growth and character development:
Design and implement formative and summative assessments to track progress as well as inform instruction. Provide constructive and timely feedback to help students reach their full academic potential.
Differentiate instruction and tailor the learning experiences to cater to individual needs. Contribute to the school community:
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the science curriculum. Participate in professional development opportunities to keep abreast with best practices. Participate in school events and activities to engage with the wider community. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science or related field (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa)
Valid teaching licence or certification (must be recognized in the target country) 2+ years of experience teaching Science Experience in western schools and/or western curriculum international schools. Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching science (or relevant subject) Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Adaptability to different cultures and working environments
